LEBC Holdings Limited (LEBC), a leading national Independent Financial Adviser (IFA), has acquired 100% of the share capital of Aspira Corporate Solutions Limited (Aspira). Aspira is a Bristol-based IFA founded in 2003. It employs 50 staff, with over 11,000 clients and nearly £0.5bn in funds under management.

The acquisition substantially strengthens LEBC’s presence in the South West adding further advisory capacity that will increase turnover significantly throughout the business. Following completion Aspira will be fully integrated within LEBC.
