Livingbridge, a leading mid-market private equity house, is to acquire Broadstone Corporate Benefits and Broadstone Risk & Healthcare from Oakley Capital.

Broadstone provides pensions, employee benefits, actuarial and investment services advice to small and medium-sized employers, pension scheme trustees and individual pension scheme members. The 130-strong team supports clients across the UK with offices in London, Sheffield and Falkirk.

Livingbridge intends to help Broadstone build a leading employee benefits business, both through organic growth and by supporting the management team in extending its successful track record of making acquisitions of like-minded businesses in the sector.

Hines Associates acted as financial adviser to Livingbridge on the acquisition.
