Randall & Quilter has completed the sale of the business of Synergy Insurance Services (UK) Limited, a specialist Managing General Agent (MGA) providing a range of bespoke personal high net worth products.

R&Q determined that Synergy’s growth potential is greater as part of a larger scale underwriting agency such as Plum Underwriting, with its strong existing focus on the UK and Republic of Ireland home insurance market.

Hines Associates Limited acted as financial adviser to Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings in connection with the sale of Synergy to Plum Underwriting Limited.
