SFS Group AG is headquartered in Heerbrugg, Switzerland and has a market capitalisation of CHF 2.6bn. It has 8,300 employees worldwide and in 2015 had a turnover of CHF 1.4bn.

Ncase Limited design, manufacture, market and supply a comprehensive range of cladding support systems under the brand names Nvelope, Kladfix and Ekoklad. It supplies its products to facade installers, OEMs and distributors in the UK and in recent years has expanded its proposition in North America and Australia. The strong international presence of SFS Group will open up attractive growth opportunities for Ncase products. Further details of the transaction remain undisclosed.
